Job Description

Dean Steel Buildings, Inc is seeking a professional engineer with metal building systems (PEMB) experience to join our family. The position is on-site at the manufacturing facility. 

Responsabilities

• Design metal building systems (PEMB) using MBS software.
• Basic CADD knowledge.
• Ability to review others' work for compliance with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with sales personnel and clients to ensure design meets project requirements and specifications.
• Perform engineering calculations and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal building systems design.
• PE or SE in southeastern US states or the ability to get reciprocity.
• Proficiency with MBS (Metal Building Software).
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and applicable codes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
