Job Title: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Locations: 695 S Broadway, Denver CO 80209

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Must be available to cover any shift between 6:45am - 6:30pm MST

Starting Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hourly (Based on experience) Full Benefits

As a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III), you will be responsible for collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while maintaining a professional, patient-focused environment. You will interact directly with patients, helping them feel comfortable and informed during each visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled venipuncture, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Travel to multiple locations to provide coverage in PSCs, doctor's offices, and IOP sites.
• Verify patient information, label specimens accurately, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment.
• Mentor new team members and uphold company policies and leadership behaviors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including capillary collections.
• Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• 2 years in a Patient Service Center preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
