Job Overview: Support owner in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle administrative requests and queries from owner
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Screen owner’s calls and emails
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Plan meetings and, when needed, take detailed minutes
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Maintain/manage maintenance, tracking, and detailing for the company fleet
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Cover receptionist during breaks, and lunch hours
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Run errands as necessary
- Follow procedures and systems within DDPM guidelines to ensure orderly, efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- 3 years of clerical/assistant work
- 60 WPM typing
- Good working knowledge of Gmail, Google calendar, Google Sheets and docs
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Property Management experience preferred
- Completion of high school education; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Full Time, 40 hours per week, In-Office
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
