Responsibilities
- Supervise and support service technicians, ensuring efficient diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance procedures are followed accurately.
- Promote upselling of additional maintenance and repair as due by mileage or inspection conditions, to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by explaining repair needs clearly, providing estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
- Manage administrative tasks such as service writing, auto estimating, and maintaining detailed records of work performed.
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in General Motors auto service management.
- Extensive knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and repair procedures to ensure
- Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience as a mechanic or service technician is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cash handling and record keeping.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
