Dealroom Media is looking for a Chief of Staff to support our founder and help scale the operations of the next $100M media company.
Here’s the deal: We’re not your typical content agency. At Dealroom Media, we exploit the LinkedIn algorithm to make founders millions.
We’ve worked with clients backed by Sequoia, Jason Calacanis, Marc Benioff, Kevin Durant, and more. Now, we’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Chief of Staff who can help keep everything moving behind the scenes.
You’ll be in the middle of operations, helping manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure nothing slips.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with the founder to drive execution across the business
- Lead high-priority projects from idea to implementation
- Build systems and operational infrastructure that help the company scale efficiently
- Identify bottlenecks across the business and proactively solve them
- Create accountability across projects, timelines, and internal initiatives
- Own cross-functional coordination between content, operations, growth, and client delivery
- Help improve internal workflows, automations, documentation, and reporting systems
- Support strategic initiatives including hiring, partnerships, expansion opportunities, and operational planning
- Handle scheduling, coordination, and communication
What we’re looking for:
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented—you don’t let things fall through the cracks
- Fast, clear communicator (Slack/email responsiveness is critical)
- High agency—you take initiative without needing constant direction
- Strong problem-solver who can think a few steps ahead
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Interest in startups, media, and venture capital is a plus
