Requirements What You Bring At least 5 years of experience in a similar role A proven track record of growing social engagement—organically and with intention. Mastery in micro-copy and the ability to create a story arc across channels. High standards for organization and athletic-grade discipline and execution. Creative confidence: you can pitch a bold idea, defend it with conviction, and execute it solo if needed. Curiosity, speed, and a constant hunger for what’s next.
