Title Clerk/Receptionist

Job Description: Dealers Auto Auction of Idaho is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Vehicle Title Clerk/Receptionist to join our team! This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is organized, willing to learn, and ready to take on a dual role in a fast-paced, professional office environment.

As a Vehicle Title Clerk, you will assist with processing vehicle titles and registration documents, while ensuring accuracy and compliance. As a Receptionist, you will manage front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and supporting office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vehicle title and registration paperwork.
• Verify vehicle information and ensure accuracy of titles.
• Maintain accurate records of title documents, ensuring they are filed and organized properly.
• Address customer inquiries and help resolve title-related issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing them as needed.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and sorting mail.
• Support office staff with clerical duties and maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
