As a dealership customer service team member, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and prompt assistance. You'll help maintain an organized vehicle flow and support the dealership's customer experience goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Assist customers by opening doors and offering help with packages or umbrellas
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles while following all dealership and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
• Adhere to company safety protocols, including the ThinkSafe program
• Properly handle keys, valet tickets, and dealership property
• Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to provide outstanding service

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older (as required by insurance policies)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend, crouch, and enter/exit vehicles multiple times per shift
• Lift and push up to 25 pounds as needed
• Maintain focus and awareness in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Work will take place in both indoor and outdoor setting
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
