Job Overview:
As a Specimen Processor, you would be responsible for providing technical and clerical support of the Chemistry, Hemo/Coag, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and/or Anatomic Pathology sections at either or both Laboratory locations which may include one or more of the following: receiving, processing, plating, culture processing and incubation, correct sample storage and distribution of lab specimens. This position may also perform data entry, computer registration, & packing and shipping samples. This may include Reference Lab specimen handling and Courier Receiving/Ordering/Exception handling.
Required Certifications/Licenses:
- High school diploma or GED
Campus: Midtown
Shift: Days
Full Time-32 hours per week
No weekends/Holidays
