Summary:
The inventory coordinator role for joint venture practices involves supervision, administration, and management of orthopedic inventory business practices. The job role requires an individual to multi-task and adjusts to the clinical, clerical, and business practice activities in a dynamic clinical environment. The role responsibility requires safe, efficient, and effective business management functions while coordinating with internal and external sources of Deaconess Health System and the orthopedic joint venture.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in health services, administration, materials management, logistics, supply chain or any related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of two years of experience with supply chain, retail, clinical operations, inventory management, or any related field is preferred. The individual must have a business understanding of the clinical, financial, and quality impact of effective supply inventory management.
Compensation:
Hourly Range: $21.03 - 31.55
Incentives:
Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
Bonus:
Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
