Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am- 4:30pm
We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as HVAC issues, light plumbing, light bulb replacement, repair toilets and other light plumbing and electrical issues.
- Work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain the buildings, suites and common areas in the best possible condition
- Good attention to detail.
