ESTIMATOR | GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Location: Seattle, WA

What You’ll Do
• Prepare conceptual and detailed estimates during all phases of design and preconstruction
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accurate project costs
• Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and proposals for negotiated and competitive bid projects
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, assess risk impacts, and provide value-engineering options
• Participate in subcontractor outreach, site walks, and scope reviews
• Manage multiple estimates at once while maintaining organization and accuracy
What You Bring
• 3 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
• On-site field experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction divisions, means, and methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project
• Experience with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, SmartBid, or similar estimating or bid management software
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
