Duties
- Prepare daily food before dinner service
- Be able to perform multiple tasks and work in multiple stations in kitchen
- A strong knowledge of food safety
- Working as a team to plate food in a neat and timely manner
- Ability to work evenings and nights
Skills
- Previous work in kitchens highly recommended and preferred
- Will train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in production and food handling procedures
- Familiarity with dietary needs and allergies
- Ability to create daily specials on occasion
- Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen team members and front-of-house staff
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
