Are you passionate about powersports and enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Powersports Technician to join our growing service team.
In this role, you will work on a wide range of powersports equipment, including:
- Motorcycles
- ATVs
- Dirt Bikes
- Jet Skis / Personal Watercraft
- Golf Carts
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
- Repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical components.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Document repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous powersports, motorcycle, marine, automotive, or small engine repair experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple vehicle types and brands.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and service manuals.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
