Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Oversize Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Lyndhurst, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Oversize Coordinator will be responsible for being the Liaison during oversize transportation projects,. Additional duties include maintaining communication with drivers, giving accurate client responses, communicating with operations manager daily, And ensuring all operations align with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, effective collaboration, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of routing and heavy haul transportation
- Experience with logistics management
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple drivers
- Proficient communication skills to coordinate with drivers and clients
- Proficiency in computer systems for documentation, inventory tracking, and scheduling
- Knowledge of state and county oversize transport travel
- Experience in pilot car management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience with a logistics, trucking and rigging company a must
- Efficient with a computer, excel and Microsoft applications
- A strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance standards
