- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and directing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle appointment bookings using scheduling software, optimizing calendar management for stylists and clients.
- Maintain accurate client records through data entry, filing, and updating information in digital systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage office supplies, organize files, and perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Support administrative duties including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, processing payments, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks like invoicing and tracking expenses.
Skills
- Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy.
