We're looking for an organized, customer-focused HVAC Office Coordinator to help keep our office and operations running efficiently. If you enjoy helping customers, coordinating schedules, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily technician schedules
• Maintain accurate job files, paperwork, and office records
• Communicate with customers and support multiple departments
• Assist with onboarding, training records, payroll, and basic HR tasks
• Process customer payments, prepare bank deposits, and support accounts receivable
• Help maintain office supplies and provide basic technology support

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of administrative or office coordination experience (HVAC, construction, or home services preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
