General Manager - Security

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational objectives, utilizing data analysis and strategic planning.
• Oversee security operations including access control, surveillance systems, incident response, and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct profit and loss analysis related to security budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation while maintaining high standards of safety.
• Implement lean management principles to optimize security processes, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop business development initiatives that enhance security services and client satisfaction.
• Supervise project management efforts for security upgrades, process improvements, and new initiatives to strengthen overall safety protocols.
• Analyze Excel data reports for insights into security performance metrics and utilize findings for strategic decision-making.
• Foster team development through training programs focused on leadership skills, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Drive continuous process improvements by evaluating current practices and integrating innovative solutions for enhanced security measures.

Requirements

• Proven management experience with a strong background in operational management within a security or related environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel data analysis for reporting trends, performance metrics, and decision-making insights.
• Extensive team management experience including supervising diverse teams at an executive level.
• Strong strategic management skills with a focus on long-term planning and goal setting aligned with organizational vision.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions using profit & loss analysis and other financial metrics to optimize resources effectively.
• Experience in business development initiatives related to security services or operational expansion projects.
• Excellent leadership qualities with a track record of developing teams through coaching, training, and mentorship.
• Knowledge of lean management principles to streamline processes while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies for executing large-scale security upgrades or process improvements.
