Position Summary

- Lead daily branch operations
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and gross margin performance
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Improve operational systems and workflows
- Optimize scheduling, workforce planning, and technician utilization
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance
- Lead safety and compliance initiatives
- Conduct field observations and quality inspections
- Resolve escalated customer issues
- Manage vendor, fleet, and inventory performance
Required
- Leadership experience managing service, trades, construction, mechanical services, or field-service operations
- Proven success leading teams and improving performance
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Workforce planning and scheduling experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
- Residential HVAC industry experience
- HVAC service and installation leadership experience
- Experience managing technicians, installers, dispatch, and customer service teams
- ServiceTitan experience
- EPA or NATE certifications
- Franchise operations experience
- Multi-location leadership experience
