About the Role
DDS Lab is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in executing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy for corporate office and operational roles by sourcing, assessing, and advancing talent through the hiring process. This position partners closely with hiring managers and Human Resources leadership to align recruiting efforts with business needs, elevate the quality of talent entering the organization, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience that reflects the company’s values and standards. The role also serves as a strategic partner in the interview process by helping managers drive consistent, well-informed hiring decisions that support strong long-term outcomes.
Required Skills
- Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or Human Resources support required.
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts in a fast-paced corporate, operational, healthcare, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of employment laws, state and federal hiring compliance requirements, recordkeeping standards, and equal employment opportunity practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Paycom or similar HR/payroll system experience preferred.
