The Junior Digital Account Manager supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This role bridges client communication and internal team coordination—helping translate strategy into action across paid media, social, web, and analytics. You’ll work closely with strategists, media buyers, designers, and content creators to ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform effectively, and meet client objectives.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned digital clients, maintaining professional, proactive communication.
- Support senior team members in developing strategies, proposals, and performance recaps.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations through internal systems and shared platforms.
- Help prepare campaign briefs, ad copy, reports, and post-campaign summaries.
- Assist with setup and monitoring of campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, and email platforms.
- Track budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns stay within scope and goals.
- Coordinate with creative and media teams to collect and traffic digital assets (ad copy, images, videos, landing pages, tracking links).
- Review and QA campaign deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and correct tagging.
- Support optimization efforts by analyzing performance data and identifying trends or insights.
- Help build and maintain campaign dashboards, performance reports, and summary decks.
- Translate data into digestible, client-friendly insights.
- Contribute to recommendations for improvement based on results.
- Work closely with creative, web, SEO, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Participate in internal check-ins, brainstorming sessions, and project kickoffs.
- Support billing, time tracking, and documentation for digital projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Familiarity with major digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
- Familiarity with traditional advertising is a plus, not needed
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
