Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule transportation requests using transportation management systems.
- Utilize GPS tools to optimize routes and monitor vehicle locations for efficient dispatching.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to receive and respond to client inquiries promptly with professional phone etiquette.
- Enter data accurately to maintain up-to-date records of trips, driver assignments, and client information.
- Communicate effectively with drivers via dispatching software and phone to provide route instructions, updates, and support during shifts.
- Monitor fleet management systems to track vehicle status, maintenance needs, and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, clients to ensure seamless transportation.
- Assist in analyzing operational data to improve dispatch efficiency and service quality.
