Hiring Dispatcher 1st Shift
Scheduled: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Pay rate : $17 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and clients, relaying information and instructions clearly and efficiently.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule deliveries, pickups, and other transportation services, ensuring adherence to timelines and adjusting as necessary.
- Monitoring Operations: Continuously track the status of shipments and vehicles, using tracking systems to provide updates and ensure timely deliveries.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during operations, such as delays or customer complaints, by devising quick solutions.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and incident reports, ensuring all data is entered into relevant systems.
Ability to fluently communicate and read in English
