DDC Technologies, Inc. is looking for a skilled and dependable Electronics Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing and engineering team in Oceanside, New York.
This is a full-time, on-site position for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and takes pride in building reliable, high-quality electronic equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Build electrical wiring harnesses from drawings, diagrams, and SOPs
- Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, label, and route wires and cables
- Solder wires, connectors, circuit boards, and electronic components
- Assemble electrical panels, control boxes, power supplies, and electromechanical subassemblies
- Perform continuity, voltage, current, resistance, and functional testing
- Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, and other test equipment
- Troubleshoot wiring, connection, component, and assembly issues
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and proper workmanship
- Document assembly work, test results, and any nonconforming materials
- Follow ESD procedures, safety requirements, engineering drawings, and company quality procedures
- Work closely with engineers and production personnel to resolve manufacturing issues
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, soldering, or a related technical field
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and written instructions
- Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, soldering equipment, and hand tools
- Familiarity with multimeters and basic electrical measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with oscilloscopes, printed circuit boards, IPC standards, electromechanical equipment, medical devices, laser systems, or regulated manufacturing is preferred but not required.

- Compensation: Starting at $50,000, based on experience
