We're looking for a Line Striping Technician (Pavement and Paint Maintenance Technician / PMT) to join our Asheville crew and help us keep properties across the region safe, functional, and looking their best.
What You'll Do
As a Line Striping Technician, you'll work with specialized equipment on a wide range of projects, including:
- Parking lot line striping and layout
- Crack filling and sealcoating
- Asphalt and concrete repairs
- Bollard and post installations
- Power washing and surface preparation
- Supporting diverse commercial and residential projects across the region
You'll help plan and execute quality projects, maintain a clean and safe job site, and communicate progress with the Operations Manager on a daily basis.
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Are self-motivated, resourceful, and enjoy problem-solving
- Take pride in being punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Can work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
- Are comfortable in a physically demanding role (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs)
- Have sealcoating or paving experience (a plus, but not required)
