Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate our fleet maintenance operations. This role is responsible for keeping equipment job-ready, managing day-to-day shop activity, and supporting a team that plays a critical role in field performance.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of equipment personnel
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs (in-house and third-party vendors)
- Maintain accurate service records and equipment history in tracking systems
- Monitor and manage parts, filters, and tooling inventory
- Identify equipment issues and help drive practical, cost-effective solutions
- Update service intervals and maintenance practices based on field feedback
- Prepare and submit monthly equipment reports (deficiencies, mileage, etc.)
- Ensure operations run efficiently to minimize downtime and support field needs
- Hire, develop, and manage equipment personnel, including performance evaluations
- Partner with the Equipment Manager to meet department and company goals
- Be available for occasional off-hours or weekend needs
What You Bring
- Experience in heavy equipment maintenance, service coordination, or shop supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team
- Solid organizational and scheduling abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and maintenance tracking software
- Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and leadership
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or experience preferred)
- A proactive mindset and interest in growing into expanded leadership responsibilities
