Registered Dental Hygienist – Charlotte, NC
Location: Charlotte, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week
Scheduling flexibility is available. With multiple openings throughout the Charlotte market, we encourage candidates to share their ideal schedule so we can explore which practice may be the best fit.
Compensation
- $58–$65/hour, based on experience
- New Graduate Compensation: Up to $62/hour
- Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $96,512–$135,200/year, depending on hourly rate and weekly schedule
- Competitive bonus system
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 may be available for select openings
Position Summary
We are seeking Registered Dental Hygienists to join several established dental practices throughout the Charlotte, NC market.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
- Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive procedures
- Conduct periodontal evaluations and oral cancer screenings
- Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and recommended treatment
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and other clinical team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Maintain infection control and clinical safety standards
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Dental Hygienist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Patient-focused approach to clinical care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with doctors and clinical team members
