Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

McKinney, Texas | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50 /hour DOE

Join a Well-Established, Relationship-Driven Private Practice!

Our client is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a thriving, well-established private practice in the heart of McKinney, Texas. This is an opportunity to work in a busy, high-end PPO practice that values quality patient care, clinical autonomy, and long-term relationships over rushing through appointments.

Privately owned by the same doctor for 11 years, this practice has built a reputation for creating a welcoming, laid-back environment where patients feel comfortable and team members feel appreciated. With four generations of some families continuing to visit the practice and an average staff tenure of 5–7 years, this is a team that truly values consistency, connection, and a positive workplace culture.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

• Competitive pay starting at $50 /hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for increased compensation based on production and patient education.
• Bonus opportunities based on practice performance.
• Excellent benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and free dental care.
• Predictable schedule: Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend hours.
• Supportive team: Work alongside experienced hygienists, a dedicated doctor, a part-time periodontist, and three friendly front office team members.
• Mentorship available: Experienced hygienists are preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply and can benefit from guidance from seasoned team members.
• A practice that invests in you: CPR and OSHA training are paid for by the practice, and the team occasionally attends conferences together.
• No cancellation send-homes: When a patient cancels, you won't automatically be sent home. The practice values its team and understands the importance of consistent hours.
• Comfortable clinical environment: Spacious operatories, generous cabinetry, and a professional office setting outside of a strip mall.

• A relationship-oriented approach to care, with a focus on patient comfort and trust.
• A team-minded attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive, low-stress work environment.

A Practice Where Relationships Matter

This is more than a busy hygiene schedule. Our client believes in getting to know patients, making them feel comfortable, and providing the time and education needed to support long-term oral health. The practice has a loyal patient base, a stable team, and a doctor who recognizes and rewards hygienists who contribute to the success of the practice.

If you're looking for a private practice where you can grow professionally, earn competitive compensation, and build meaningful patient relationships, we'd love to connect with you!
