We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and experienced Lead Concrete Coating Installer to join our team in Central Florida. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, can lead a small crew, and is committed to delivering an excellent finished product and customer experience on every job.

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic floor coating systems. You will lead daily job site operations, maintain efficiency, ensure safety standards are followed, and help train and guide team members.

Responsibilities:

• Perform concrete surface preparation, including diamond grinding and crack repair
• Install epoxy, polyurea, and polyaspartic coating systems
• Apply base coats, broadcast decorative flakes, scrape floors, and apply topcoats
• Ensure all coatings are installed according to manufacturer specifications
• Lead and supervise a 1–2 person crew
• Assign tasks and maintain job site productivity
• Train and mentor new installers
• Drive company truck and trailer to and from job sites
• Set up, maintain, and operate equipment properly
• Keep job sites protected, clean, and professional
• Complete projects on schedule
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide updates during the installation process
• Address minor on-site concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience installing concrete coatings such as epoxy, polyurea, or polyaspartic systems
• Experience operating concrete grinders and industrial vacuums
• Ability to lead a crew and manage job sites independently
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 1-day flake systems
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience

Compensation:

• $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience
• Production bonuses
• Opportunity for advancement

Typical installers earn $65,000–$90,000 annually with bonuses.
