Reports To: Sweeping Division Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of our customers commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for our customers properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of commercial properties.

Perform routine inspections and light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, litter picking, dusting, window cleaning, and trash removal.

Restock restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Respond promptly to customer requests such as litter picks, illegal dumping cleans, etc.

Monitor the property for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.

Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to support health and safety protocols.

Support the property team with special requests, deliveries, or event setups as needed.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:

Previous janitorial, custodial, or porter experience preferred but not required, especially in a commercial environment.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Must be reliable and punctual.
Work Hours:
Typically MondayFriday during business hours (7:30 AM 4:00 PM), but flexibility may be required.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $24.00
