Job Summary:
- Serve as the techno-functional architect for Workday HCM and integrations, bridging HR business needs and technical teams
- Lead the design and configuration of Workday modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting,

Talent, and Payroll
- Translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions and configurations
- Conduct impact assessments for system releases, enhancements, and compliance updates
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for access, role management, and audit readiness
- Adhere to SDLC best practices for Workday system enhancements and projects
- Design, develop, and maintain inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services (REST/SOAP), BIRT, and XML/XSLT
- Oversee the full integration lifecycle: requirements gathering, mapping, build, testing, deployment, and support
- Troubleshoot and optimize Workday integrations and oversee vendor integrations (e.g., payroll, benefits, ServiceNow)
- Implement secure integration protocols, including SFTP, OAuth, certificates, and API security
- Lead cross-functional workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Translate business requirements documents (BRDs) into technical documentation and user stories
- Provide executive-level updates on project roadmap, risks, and integration performance
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, developers, and configurators
- Drive release management and coordinate regression testing activities
- Maintain comprehensive project and systems documentation and process guides

- 5 years’ experience in Workday HCM configuration and/or security
- 5 years’ experience in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, APIs) preferred
