Job Summary: 

- Provide high-level, white-glove IT support to C-suite executives at a Fortune 100 company
- Deliver prompt, professional desktop and endpoint support for senior leadership
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for executive and VIP users
- Operate within a large, complex enterprise environment
- Ensure timely and effective responses to executive IT needs and requests
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive interactions
- Preferred: Offer specialized support for Mac OS platforms
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless technology experiences for leadership
