Job Summary (List Format):
- Onsite W2 role requiring previous PayPal experience (no C2C; must be local).
- Analyze large, complex datasets to generate business insights and enhance product performance.
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business teams to gather and define data requirements.
- Conduct deep data exploration to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction and reporting.
- Must have 3 years of Data Analyst experience, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Possess excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
