- Oversee, manage, troubleshoot, and execute cloud services and platforms to support infrastructure, applications, data, and business needs.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environments, Microsoft platforms, identity platforms, and multi-cloud environments.
- Perform infrastructure administration, application development, data management & analytics, cybersecurity, external hosting, identity & access management, network security hardening, privacy, and compliance.
- Select, develop, integrate, and implement network management applications for Internet components.
- Provide daily operational support, maintenance, and administration for servers.
- Manage user access, security measures, file archiving, password protection, and monitoring of shared resources.
- Lead and coordinate technology initiatives across multiple areas within the organization.
- Support and advise on building and hosting complex application solutions.
- Create, manage, and configure Azure DevOps projects, git repositories, and pipelines.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and other cloud services.
- Support other IT staff and developers with technical and operational needs.
- Refactor solutions to improve performance, cost, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues of medium to high complexity in systems and infrastructure.
- Document and automate administrative tasks to reduce manual work.
- Communicate and share knowledge with team members in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Continuously identify and implement innovative IT solutions and improvements.
