- Assist with cloud migration of existing code and applications
- Provide design recommendations aligned with long-term IT strategies
- Develop enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions, including major enhancements and new features
- Utilize various platforms to deliver automated systems applications to customers
- Offer expertise in application integration across the organization
- Determine specifications, plan, design, and develop complex, business-critical software solutions
- Assist in resolving the most challenging support issues
- Develop and implement programming standards, procedures, and reusable architectures
- Leverage advanced knowledge of modern programming languages and object-oriented design for coding, testing, and debugging
- Apply current application development methodologies consistently
- Research emerging technologies for potential use within the organization
- Conduct code reviews as needed
- Serve as a technical expert and key resource across multiple disciplines both internally and externally
- Act as an internal consultant, mentor, and change agent within the organization
- Support production deployments and assist with troubleshooting deployment issues
- Participate in Incident Full Kit (IFK) meetings to create user stories and provide estimates for incidents and backlog refinement
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking and development workflow
