Job Summary (List Format):
- Employment Type: W2 only (No C2C, No Sponsorship)
- Location: Must be local; Hybrid work environment
- Industry Experience: Fintech experience required
- Backend Technology: Primary stack is .Net/C# (Python also valued)
- Cloud/Containerization: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
- Workflow/Orchestration Tools: Experience with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, Temporal) or building homegrown solutions
- Messaging/Event Backbone: Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); Experience with Azure Event Hubs is a plus but not required
- Data Stores: Experience with both relational (MS SQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases
- Security & Compliance: Background in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.); Must understand robust change management, audit controls, and encryption best practices
- Integration: Ability to work with systems integrating through event brokers, especially Kafka
