The Senior Field Manager leads jobsite operations and execution excellence across multiple active projects. This role supervises Field Managers and Foremen, ensures quality control, coordinates site logistics and subcontractors, and represents the company in client-facing site meetings. The Senior Field Manager drives consistent field performance, labor productivity, jobsite safety, and project delivery standards.
Key Accountabilities
Field Team Leadership & Oversight
Hire, develop, mentor, and supervise Field Managers and subcontractor labor partners across multiple projects. Conduct in person reviews, training, and ongoing coaching to maintain a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in work.
Jobsite Management & Coordination
Oversee and support day-to-day field management team execution, including crew scheduling support, layout verification, material delivery coordination, and subcontractor management. Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure field teams meet company standards for installation quality, scope adherence, and cleanliness. Conduct regular walk-throughs, checklist reviews, and punchlist audits.
Client & Site Issue Resolution: Act as a primary company representative for field related resolutions when escalated. Includes attending onsite meetings/client walkthroughs, and communication of progress clearly with clients and internal teams until resolution.
Subcontractor Recruiting and Management
Recruit, onboard, and maintain a qualified regular use subcontractor pool needed for successful team customer plan coverage. Support Field and Project Management with coordination, and hold subcontractors accountable to team performance, safety, and schedule expectations.
Safety & Risk Management
Champion a zero-incident safety culture. Conduct jobsite safety inspections, enforce PPE and protocols, and take corrective action where needed.
Inventory & Material Control
Ensures field management properly forecast, manage field inventory and material staging to prevent delays and loss. Verify quantities through cycle counts, storage conditions, and usage.
Field Reporting & Documentation
Ensure field management provides accurate daily logs, photos, labor tracking, and reporting through company systems. Use documentation to support forecasting and job health.
Schedule Planning Execution
Drive Project Team adherence to jobsite schedules and coordinate manpower accordingly. Identify risks to deadlines and proactively collaborate with PMs to resolve.
Leadership Support for Project Team
