DCMS is seeking a Sales Specialist with proven experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry or 3D reality capture services to join our on-site team in Miami, FL.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of digital transformation in design and construction, and who is passionate about helping clients implement LiDAR, BIM, and high-precision as-built solutions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the AEC sector.
• Present DCMS services to architects, developers, general contractors, and engineers.
• Understand client needs and translate them into tailored proposals with support from our technical team.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and scan technicians to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Attend industry events and client meetings in the region.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the AEC, reality capture, or construction tech sector.
• Solid understanding of architectural documentation, 3D scanning, or BIM services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in collaboration with technical teams.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Based in or near Miami, with availability for local travel.
