Key Accountabilities:
- Business Knowledge of Financial crime, Transaction monitoring, Sanctions, Screening.
- Expertise in Jira, Requirement gathering , effective Communication.
- Minimum 7-8 years of exp.
- Gather and analyze business requirements for financial crime, Transaction monitoring, Sanctions, Screening.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications , strategy design document.
- Work closely with stakeholders to capture and validate decision rules and data attributes.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming , sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Participate in data mapping and transformation activities for incoming and outgoing API payloads.
- Manage JIRA stories, epics and technical tasks associated with integration deliverables.
- Good understanding on credit card decisioning, consumer lending or banking domains.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
