Currently, we're on the lookout for a highly creative and self-motivated 2nd Shift CNC Router Operator to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!

As a 2nd shift CNC Router Operator, you'll play a key role in our fabrication process, ensuring the precision and quality of our custom components. You’ll collaborate closely with Project Management, Design Engineering, and Fabrication teams to meet critical timelines and high standards. Expect a dynamic environment where innovation is encouraged, and cross-departmental collaboration is part of everyday operations.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to multitask effectively, maintain multiple projects, and deliver under tight deadlines. Regular on-time attendance is essential and the ability to work overtime occasionally is appreciated.
If the following describes you, we want to hear from you!
- CNC Experience: 2 years of setup and operation on a 3-axis CNC router.
- Software Savvy: Familiarity with EnRoute, .SDS Bender CAD is a plus!
- Mechanical & Technical Aptitude: Capable of troubleshooting CNC electronics, building machining fixtures, and contributing to tooling improvements
- Shop Collaboration: Willing and able to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to ongoing process improvements
- Material Knowledge: Experience with a range of materials including aluminum, wood, plastics, various metals, and their respective machining qualities
- Organization and Quality Control: Maintain department cleanliness, inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, and deliver projects on time
- Independence: Ability to independently operate, troubleshoot and maintain a consistent flow in production.
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Sense of Humor and Communication Skills: Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Pride in Work: Take ownership of your craft and help drive excellence throughout the department.
- Available to work 2nd shift, 2pm-12 midnight.
