Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain building interiors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, as well as washing windows and walls.
- Service, clean, and restock restrooms; gather and empty trash throughout the facility.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as shampooing rugs and removing rubbish.
- Operate motorized equipment to remove snow and debris from parking lots, yards, and walkways; apply sand as needed to maintain safe surfaces.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and notify supervisors of any major repairs or issues with building systems.
- Requisition cleaning supplies and equipment as needed for daily operations.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete required paperwork.
- Work effectively with co-workers in a team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support facility operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, comprehend, and accurately complete required paperwork.
- Physical ability to stand, move, bend, stretch, lift, twist, and reach for extended periods.
