DCO Site Lead
Location: Boyers, PA
Description:
Serve as a Datacenter Operations Site Lead
Support system development, delivery, configuration, optimization & maintenance
Support all Customer Auditing scenarios (both SOC2 and ISO)
Serve as Incident Manager leading resolution and root cause analysis activities
Conduct HW and SW Asset Management and license compliance activities
Provide support to:
- Change management
- Configuration control
- Service Request/Incident Management processes
Create/improve best-practice processes to ensure uninterrupted system availability
Serve as the primary custodian for COMSEC material
Conduct COMSEC asset management, record keeping and compliance activities
Establish standards for classified site and cleared staff assigned to the Datacenter
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, IT, or related
15 years of experience Data Center Operations experience
COMSEC experience
Experience leading IT teams
Experience in Iron Mountain’s Pennsylvania Data Center operations
Experience troubleshooting IT systems
Experience with root cause assessment and Course of Action development
Preferred Qualifications:
- IAM Level II to satisfy DOD 8570 IAT requirements
- Help Desk Institute – Support Center Director
- EPI Data Center Certifications including CDCS, CDCP, and CDCFM
- ITIL V4
- COBIT 5 Foundations
Required: Active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $200,000-$300,000
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

- CI Polygraph security clearance (Preferred)
