Platform Network Administrator
Location: Chantilly, VA
Job Description:
Serve as a Platform Network Administrator
Join a team of experienced network, platform, and software engineers
- Responsible for building and operating next-generation data center networks
Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies
- While developing expertise in large-scale, mission-critical network environments
Assist in documentation, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting of
- High-performance data center networking infrastructure
Learn, support, and develop expertise with advanced networking technologies
- Including BGP, ECMP, VXLAN, Spine-Leaf architectures, MCLAG, RoCEv2
Partner with experienced engineers to deploy, optimize, and scale network infrastructure
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues to resolution
Participate in network upgrades, implementations, testing, and operational improvements
Travel up to 20% as needed to support deployments, installations, maintenance activities
Qualifications:
Network Administration experience
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (preferred)
- Including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, SNMP
Experience with monitoring, telemetry, observability, alerting tools (preferred)
Exposure to Linux systems or Linux-based Network Operating Systems (preferred)
Required: Active TS/SCI w/ CI Polygraph

- Salary: $120,000-$160,000
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
