We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Programmer specializing in Sheet Metal and Wire fabrication to join our innovative manufacturing team. Duties
- Programming & Nesting: Create precise programs for laser and press production using TRUMPF Boost. Nest parts to maximize material yield and production efficiency.
- Design & Unfolding: Draw and program parts and assemblies; unfold customer-designed parts to create accurate flat patterns.
- Technical Support: Provide design assistance for product engineering and help design custom tooling and fixtures.
- Documentation & Prep: Print and compile setup plans for job packets. This role involves a high volume of essential paperwork and organizational tasks.
- File Management: Maintain organized laser program files, setup sheets, and documented revisions.
- Print Reading: Read, analyze, and interpret technical information, including blueprints and flat patterns.
Experience
- Software: Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and TRUMPF Boost.
- Administrative: Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Technical Literacy: Ability to generate prints from customer CAD files and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Precision & Detail: A focus on accuracy, from nesting efficiency to managing revision paperwork.
- Flexibility: Willingness to assist with other duties as assigned to support the production team.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm with Fridays as needed.
