What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Generation Specialist position at DCG Technical Solutions, LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing & Sales team with lead generation activities
Organize and attend prospecting trips, scheduling first-time appointments with potential clients
Support the planning and execution of lead and demand generation events (trade shows, conferences, customer events, etc.)
Manage and update the company CRM; track leads and report results to the manager
Input leads from various sources (cold calling, trade shows, campaigns, vendors) into the CRM
Regularly update marketing lists including newsletters, event invitees, and client records
Represent the company professionally at networking functions and industry events
Collaborate on market research efforts and high-visibility marketing projects
Generate and deliver weekly and monthly marketing/sales reports and KPIs
Performance Expectations:
Timely and accurate reporting on lead generation and marketing metrics
Consistent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
Active participation in identifying market trends and opportunities
Strong commitment to ethical behavior, punctuality, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma required
College coursework in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
Computer literacy with intermediate typing skills
Working knowledge of marketing tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and appearance
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Technical writing capabilities
Event planning or management experience
Salary: 60k Base commission
Location: Remote - Los Angeles
