Direct Child Care Staff
DCCH Center for Children and Families is seeking Therapeutic Behavioral Specialists for part-time positions in our Residential Treatment program.
The primary responsibility of this position is the therapeutic supervision of children with emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. The children at DCCH have experienced trauma, and it takes a special person to provide their care. This position requires:
- Supporting children in crisis
- Providing therapeutic solutions to address challenging behaviors
- Facilitating positive outcomes with children who sometimes have difficulty connecting with others
Candidates must be compassionate and have strong relationship-building skills to support our trauma-informed approach. The position includes a full benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and an optional pension plan.
Schedule: Part-time Weekends — Saturday 3-11 and Sunday 7-3
