You’re the person who keeps everything running without anyone noticing — and that’s the goal. Across our restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County, you’ll handle the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the lights on, the kitchens moving, and the guest experience seamless.
This role covers it all: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment repairs, and general upkeep.
You’ll also oversee day-to-day repairs with a small in-house crew , making sure work is done right, on time, and up to standard. One day you’re troubleshooting a walk-in, the next you’re coordinating vendors or tightening up preventative maintenance across multiple locations.
We’re looking for someone hands-on, organized, and quick to solve problems before they become bigger ones. You must have solid, relevant maintenance experience; a general contractor license is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate independent contractors for maintenance and repair tasks across all venues.
- Perform general maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
- Conduct routine site inspections and respond promptly to facility-related issues.
- Ensure all properties meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in general building maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience managing contractors or supervising maintenance teams.
- Ability to walk job sites and lift/carry 25 lbs or more as needed.
- Reliable transportation for travel between locations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Schedule:
Full-time, with flexible hours based on venue needs (including evenings or weekends as needed).
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
