Territory Sales Manager/Vinyl Liners - Chicago, Ohio, Michigan - Midwest Region

DCA is a manufacture representative agency with 40 years of business in the swimming pool and spa industry. Fully staffed corporate headquarters with sales reps strategically placed throughout the country.
We are searching for an Outside Territory Sales Manager to cover the Chicago, St Lois, Ohio, and Midwest region distributor and dealer accounts.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
- Acquire new business accounts and increase sales
- Build new relationships with key customers and decision makers (wholesale, buying group members, and contractors)
- Daily sales calls with our customers – Wholesale distributors, retailers, builders and service companies
- Understand the advantages and differences between a concrete pool, vinyl liner pool, and above ground pools
- Full time travel within territory, trade shows, and working with our Manufacturers· Experienced in expanding business relationships in named accounts
- Building strong partnerships with manufactures to further increase brand/product awareness
- Creative program selling
- Have excellent follow up habits to complete the sales loop
- Develop strong partnerships with vendors to further increase brand/product awareness
- Working weekly within the company CRM
Existing customer base that requires:
- Develop Relationships with Decision Makers in Territory
- Management and Growth within the database
- Training and education
- Marketing
- Professional communications
- Salary based on experience

Qualifications:
- Multiple years of Traveling & Sales experience required
- Pool Industry experience preferred
- Must be a Hunter! Experienced in expanding business in developed accounts
- Proficient organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Work unsupervised
- College education preferred - but not required
