Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and products according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
• Hand soldering and solder removal when required.
• Handling all electronic components within the guidelines of ESD. Parts and wiring prep.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the assembly line.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors.
• Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures and safety protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
• Have the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics within the assembly process.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Expectation:

• Be able to stand/sit 50% of the day.
• Lift and carry 5-25 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
• Set up an organized workstation for efficiency.
• Tear down and put supplies back in proper locations.
• Ability to cross train in other departments and work in those areas.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience in assembling printed circuit boards is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED
