The part-time Data Entry Operator position will be based in our Liberty, SC headquarters.
Hourly Position
- 15-29 hours per week.
- Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
- Estimated Time: 8:00 - 12:00/1:00pm
- $13.75/per hour
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining focus, and high accuracy
Required Experience:
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, Medical coder.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy, 10-key experience a benefit
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds on rare occasion
